Privacy policy

This policy covers theerv.in and its waitlist. It explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and what we do with it.

What we collect

To join the waitlist, you sign in with Google. From your Google account we receive your name and email address, and nothing else. We also keep your answers to the waitlist's three questions: how many clients you manage, how you practise, and the price band you're comfortable with per month, and note how you found us (the link, site or app that brought you here) and your type of device and its operating system.

How we use it

Only to run the waitlist: to contact you about Theerv's launch and early access, and to understand the practices that are interested and how they found us, so we can shape the product and its pricing. We don't sell it, share it for advertising or use it for anything else.

Theerv's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who handles it

Your waitlist entry is stored on our servers. Google handles the sign-in. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also gives us visit counts without using cookies. Like any website, these services see technical details such as your IP address and browser in order to serve the page. Of these, we keep only your device details (whether it's a mobile, tablet or a desktop, and its operating system). The site itself sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

Until the waitlist closes, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your entry at any time by writing to us. You can also change your answers by joining the waitlist again with the same Google account.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
